When will we swipe to the right?


While our brand strategists got the brand positioning right and our creative team is working on the first creative concepts, we need you to think about that killer digital campaign strategy. You know what’s possible and you analyse every possibility. It is your mission at The Other Agency to reach target groups for the coolest B2B and B2C brands in the most innovative and surprising way.  

You are curious, eager to learn and interested as you need to dig into the world of our clients. You get in touch with their products or services, consumers and brand personality. Be able to sell and present your story and afterwards execute the concept on the highest possible level. Working together with project managers, strategists and advertising specialists makes you feel part of an amazing team.

What are we looking for?


Your skills


  • You already have some experience in digital marketing
  • You have a very good understanding of running campaigns on all social media channels and Google.
  • You have an analytical mindset.
  • You’re not only a thinker, but also a builder. You will think of and implement the stuff.
  • You are a good communicator.
  • You don’t know everything yet, but you’re eager to learn!

Your to-do list


  • Create and set up digital marketing campaigns.
  • Build and manage every step of the funnel, from awareness and acquisition to retention.
  • You want to design marketing flows like no OTHER.
  • You keep looking for the best formats to optimize the digital strategies of our clients.
  • You share your knowledge with our OTHER colleagues and different clients.
  • You experiment and run A/B/C/D/… tests to find that digital sweet spot.
  • Every day, you keep learning about new features. Digital marketing keeps evolving, and so do you.

Your personality


  • You’re an outgoing and motivated person with a sense of humour (good or bad).
  • You always want to learn and do better than you did the day before.
  • You are critical about your own work and you can handle feedback.
  • You are analytical and hands-on.
  • You keep calm when deadlines are tight or briefings are chaotic.
  • You have a commercial mindset: we’re an advertising agency after all.
  • You’re definitely a team player, but you love cracking challenges on your own as well.
