Leading global executive search, professional recruitment and talent advisory firm,  MERCURI URVAL , tapped into our direct mailing services to reach inactive members of its database. The mailing was sent in envelopes carrying the scent of ground coffee to entice existing customers. The message inside read, “Can we drop by for coffee? We’ll bring cookies!”
The response rate was triple the industry average, winning back 10% of  MERCURI URVAL’S  database.
