Sexual Harassment. A problem that is too common for too many people. To pay more attention to what you can do as a bystander, the City of Antwerp asked us to make short videos for social media.
Why do we focus on the bystanders? The victim often does not dare to take action or has difficulty in getting the situation under control. That is why Sensoa (the Flemish expertise center for sexual health) came up with the idea of the 5As. “Anderen betrekken, Afleiden, Afzonderen, Aanspreken and Aanwezig blijven” (= involve others, distract, isolate, address, stay present). These 5As must help the bystanders to help the victim. They were therefore used as the basis for the videos.
